If it has a meter,
Roadworthy tracks it.
Roadworthy was built because I couldn't find an app that let me track everything I actually own — the daily truck, the boat, the mower, the generator in the garage. It doesn't care what kind of machine you point it at. If something racks up miles or hours, Roadworthy keeps it on schedule.
Free to download. iPhone & iPad. Track two machines at no cost — no account, no sign-in, ever.
Garage
Inside the app
One app for everything with an engine.
Most maintenance apps assume you drive a car. Roadworthy doesn't assume anything — a boat runs on hours, not miles, and a travel trailer doesn't run at all. Every part of the app was built around that.
Area oneThe Garage
Built for a mixed fleet, not just a car.
Vehicle, Motorhome, Motorcycle, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel, Boat, Tractor, ATV, Side by Side, or just Other — ten machine types, and each one only asks for the meters that make sense for it.
Free tier
Two machines, no catch
Add your daily driver and one more — a motorcycle, a mower, a generator — and track them in full for free. No trial clock, no email address, no sign-in screen.
Meters
Distance, hours, or both
A truck tracks miles. A generator tracks hours. A diesel with a PTO can track both on the same machine, including a second auxiliary reading like idle hours.
Housekeeping
Archive, don't delete
Sold the truck? Archive it. The history stays intact and it stops counting toward your machine limit — nothing about its past is lost.
Ten types, one column each
Vehicle, Motorhome, Motorcycle, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel, Boat, Tractor, ATV, Side by Side, Other. A trailer doesn't get an odometer it will never use, and a boat isn't forced onto a mileage field that means nothing to it.
- Everything lives on your phone first. Roadworthy has no server. Your garage is a file on your device, whether you open the app twice or keep it running for a decade.
- No account, ever. Not at the free tier, not at Pro. The only thing that touches a login of any kind is iCloud sync, and that's your own Apple account, not ours.

Area twoMaintenance & the due engine
It tells you what's next — and means it.
Set up a maintenance item once — oil change every 5,000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first — and Roadworthy keeps a running due date and due reading for it, recalculated every time you log a new meter reading or a completed service.
Due tracking
Whichever hits first, fires first
An item due at "5,000 miles or 6 months" is tracked on both counters at once, and whichever one gets there first is the one that raises the reminder — so a low-mileage machine that just sits for a season doesn't quietly fall out of schedule.
- Build your own schedule. A short wizard walks you through interval, meter type and starting point, and saves your progress if you back out halfway through.
- Or start from a profile. Load a maintenance schedule someone else already built rather than typing in twenty items by hand, and share your own the same way.
- Notified before it's due, not just after — so a reminder shows up with enough runway to actually book the shop.
One item, three ways to track it
Area threeService, parts & expenses
Log what was done, not just that something was due.
Every completed service closes out the item it belonged to and resets the due engine from that point, not from whenever the item was first created — so a late oil change doesn't leave you perpetually behind schedule.
A history you can actually read back
Cost, mileage, notes and a shop name, if you want them — nothing here is required beyond the date. Every machine keeps a full, chronological service history, not just a "last done" and "next due" pair of numbers.
Service history
Parts inventory
A parts shelf, so the numbers stay honest
Log the oil filter you actually used, from a shelf inventory you stock yourself, rather than typing the same part number in from memory every time you're under the hood.
- Track what's on hand — the part, the quantity, and what you paid for it.
- Use a part in a service entry and the shelf count comes down to match, so the inventory reflects what's actually left.
Not everything that comes due is mechanical
Expenses
Area fourInsights
What it's actually costing you.
Two views: a running monthly total across everything you own, and an annual ownership cost per machine — so a boat that costs more to maintain than it does to insure stops being a feeling and starts being a number.
Charted, not just totalled
Every service record and expense feeds the same running number. Monthly running costs show what the whole garage is costing you right now; annual ownership cost breaks that down per machine, so the one that's quietly expensive stops hiding in the average.
Insights
Area fiveSync & widgets
Where your data lives, and how you log without opening the app.
Roadworthy works completely offline on a single device. Turn on sync and your garage follows you to an iPad or a second iPhone through your own iCloud account — Roadworthy never sees it, because there's nowhere for it to go.
Widgets
iCloud sync, entirely optional
Nothing about Roadworthy requires you to turn sync on. If you do, your garage, its history and its schedules follow you across devices through iCloud — the same account you already use for Photos and Mail, not a new one.
- Widgets and Siri Shortcuts for the things you log most — a fuel-up, a quick service note, an odometer reading — without opening the app.
How it behaves
No account. No ads. Nothing measured.
There is no sign-up
No email, no password, no profile screen. Your garage lives on your phone and goes to iCloud only if you turn that on yourself.
Nothing is tracked
No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no third-party tracking. Roadworthy has no server to send anything to even if it wanted to.
Your log stays yours
Export what you've logged and keep it outside the app — the record of what you did to your own machines shouldn't be locked to one piece of software.
Price
Free for two machines. One line decides the rest.
Exactly two things cost anything in Roadworthy: tracking more than two machines, and taking your log anywhere beyond the app — iCloud sync, export, that kind of thing. Everything else is free at any tier.

Questions
Before you download.
What counts as a "machine"?
Anything with a meter. Vehicle, Motorhome, Motorcycle, Travel Trailer, Fifth Wheel, Boat, Tractor, ATV, Side by Side, or Other if it doesn't fit one of those. If it accumulates miles or hours, Roadworthy can track it.
Do I need an account to use it?
No, and you never will. There's no sign-in anywhere in the app. The only thing that touches anything beyond the app itself is iCloud sync, which uses your own iCloud account, not one of ours.
What exactly is behind the paywall?
Two things: a third machine and beyond, and anything that leaves the device — iCloud sync and export. Every feature for the machines you do track is free, at any tier.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. Roadworthy has no server and no backend. Everything works fully offline; iCloud sync simply picks up automatically when you're connected, if you've turned it on.
What happens to my log if I delete the app?
It goes with it, unless you had iCloud sync turned on or exported a copy first. Export is a Pro feature — worth doing before you ever need it, not after.
Is there an Android version?
No. Roadworthy is an iPhone and iPad app.
Track what you actually own.
Free to download, and free for the first two machines you add — no account, no trial clock, no catch. Add a third when you're ready for more.
